    Came here in a last-minute gift buying frenzy. Lily welcomed us into the store. I usually dislike being approached by store clerks but quickly realized that Lily was truly there to HELP us, not upsell or make commission off of us. She asked a few quick questions (price range, shower vs. bath, floral vs. warm scents) and then immediately led us to the perfect gift at a reasonable price. It was such a relief and made our day a million times easier. She was a delight to briefly chat with, her expert customer service and cheerful attitude left an impression. What an asset! She deserves a raise!!
