- JSJigar Shah6 days ago1.0Bad experience. I was first in line and couldn't reach the salon. I was removed from my position and when I reached I was asked to reenter the queue with 75 mins wait time. Lady agreed that she removed me but was indifferent that I will have to wait and didn't gave me my position back.

She is wonderful with kids, incredibly patient, and has a warm, friendly demeanor. Her haircutting skills are excellent, and my son always leaves looking great and feeling happy. From now on, we’ll definitely be returning to this location as long as Lavania is here. Highly recommend!
- JMJeff MyersJul 29, 20191.0No staff.. store is only about 1.5 years old and has never been staffed properly...hire some stylists or close the doors, always a long wait, check in always a hassle and never friendly due to there only being one or two stylists on duty and having to leave their stations and clients in the middle of their haircuts to check people in, haircuts just average at best. Had an issue today and was told they could not help me and to call corporate office, will spend my money somewhere else.

Cutting off WAY too much when asked to keep the top long. Asking ME how to handle his colic...just no experienced staff. Manager & "stylist" did not offer to discount or comp a bad cut when asked about my satisfaction and I expressed I was neither happy, or satisfied.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
