Very disappointing experience. Ended up leaving with a haircut that looked half-done. Not sure if this is a new Great Clips trend?

I asked for a low burst fade but instead received the highest skin fade imaginable and to make it even worse the hair on the left side of my face is longer than the right and when i told the barber what i wanted i was literally laughed upon for who knows what reason. Overall i think you should stay far away from this place and get your hair cut from a real and qualified barber, get your stuff together great clips.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
