She would not comb her hair out at the end- made me do it. Mom asked her to dry it completely and she said it was fine. Part of being 96 is having poor circulation and feeling cold all the time. That was not asking too much! Could not have had a worse experience. Will not be returning.

I can't get any body in my hair and no curl again. He told me to sit back and relax and let him work his magic. He's been cutting hair for 40 years. Well, I won't be back or I will be extremely rude and ask for a woman only. I am so upset and embarrassed because I can't do anything creative. Even using flat iron and try to create some shape , nope, the layers are so messed up that I can't make anything out of it. I own 1 baseball hat and I guess I'll wear it for 3-4 months while my slow growth comes out. So disappointing. Please excuse I don't have makeup on today. 🥴

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
