  Such a bad experience, i went going there for a year the fist time a wanted caramel highlights and my stylist was abbey she did them but one side barely had highlights so i had to go back and she added more, the second time i went for a retouch and i left with my hair darker which i didn’t ask for it and had to go back too, this time i wanted a different thing and i went with Abigail, i showed her the picture of what a wanted and it was a light brown balayage which she didn’t do it and i had dark brown hair and it wasn’t even a balayage, they told me to shower to get a little bit the toner off and if it didn’t went lighter then come back so i went back after taking a shower so they can fix my hair because i don’t think im going to pay a lot of money to not get what a want the first time and she tried to fix it but my hair was yellow and she said there’s not other solution so i told her to dye my hair back to my natural color and they made me pay more than want i already payed the first time, i called the manager and she said she can’t refund my money back because “it was what i told Abigail and theres a miscommunication” so i wasted my money i didn’t get what a wanted i don’t know if they can’t do what im asking for but they didn’t said anything or because im younger than them and they think i won’t care if they don’t do it right. Such a bad salon don’t go there is a waste of money.

  Sheri is amazing!!!! I love her and have been seeing her for about 2/3 years now and have never been disappointed! She does amazing work!

  Sheri and the staff at Arista are true professionals! Sheri is a master of all things color. She transformed my entire look in my first visit and each time after, my hair only looks better than before. The quality of products that they use at the salon are excellent! I’ve bought several products from them and they keep my color looking just as good as the day I walked out of the salon. Book with Sheri if your in need of a big transformation like I was or if you are looking for a stylist who will listen to your needs and deliver on point. She is a pure joy and I’ve never been happier with my hair! It’s healthier amd easier to maintain at home. I now look forward to my appointments because I know I’m going to walk out with exactly what I wanted!

  This was my first visit to Arista and I could not be happier. Kenzie was an absolute professional, kind, and knowledgeable about all the things!! She introduced me to new techniques and products I’ve never known and was so attentive. We did highlights, toner, and cut. I am new to KC and usually stay with a stylist for decades because I am so particular. Happy to say .. Kenzie at Arista is my stylist!! 🩵
