They keep track of what services you want then check each time to see if you want any changes. There are often coupons available on-line or in mailers, and if you have the app, you can check in then be notified when to head to the salon if there's a wait.

The first time I came here back in 2016, Marina cut my hair, and it was exactly what I wanted. Whenever I got a coupon or some sort of promotion for a different place, they could never replicate the haircut. This held true even when I moved to Florida in 2021 and had to find a new place there. It's 2025, I'm back in Olathe, and this location is still top tier. I got a haircut from Stephanie today, and she interpreted my request perfectly. This Great Clips is affordable, reliable, and has quality people that will treat you right.
