This time, my son had a different stylist and received an extremely poor haircut—uneven, with harsh lines, patchy blending, and no consistency around the ears or neckline. This isn’t a matter of preference; it’s a lack of basic execution. The bigger issue is the inconsistency. If this location has stylists who can do a good job, then there should be some level of quality control to ensure every client leaves with an acceptable result. That clearly didn’t happen here. My son is a sensitive child, and this experience was upsetting for him. A simple haircut should not turn into something that affects his confidence. I’ve reached out directly, but I would be cautious about returning unless there are clear improvements in oversight and consistency.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
