- SBSusan Bobo6 days ago1.0Me and my husband came here the beginning of February my hair was already in a V shape style from a previous stylist and it was perfect this time all I asked for was a trim and my hair ended up butchered and I’m livid I’m not sure of the lady’s name she was tall skinny Caucasian and told us she worked in a daycare before doing hair she didn’t part my hair down the middle I didn’t have it washed but she sprayed with a spray bottle she then split my hair in 3 sections the left the back middle and the right she cut the sides straight across and the back in a v shape but before she got the back in a v shape she had my hair in a U shape and I have plans today and decided to straighten my hair and now I wish I didn’t straighten my hair attached is a reference photo to what it should look like and pictures of my hair before and after straightening it whoever did this should be fired

I called to let a stylist know my mother who is handicapped and can only walk very slowly after back surgery was coming in to see her. She said that is fine. And when my mother got there she was turned away along with the stylist saying it was a couple of hours ago. This stylist has me on Facebook and proceeded not to communicate that it was becoming busy. So honestly never again

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
