No doubt there are other people have been affected by this. Please! Make sure all your employees sanitize their utensils after every cut!!!

She was hesitant to use the clipper for some reason. Then after she gave me a bowl cut. I complained it wasn't what I asked for, and she finally used them. That night my skin turned red and started to blister. Turned out, I got a bacterial infection around my hairline where she cut.

She was supposed to do scissor cut but she did trimmer on the sides and back. She never said it was her fault, and blamed that it was my fault that it wasn't on the notes to do scissor cut. When asked to give discuss because it was her fault, she only gave 2$ discount on the 20$ hair cut. Please be careful when the go to this center some people just have no idea what they do and have zero experience on reading the notes. I have visited this center several times but never had an issue like this before. Let me know Great Clips if you want more information.
