The technician provided poor service by struggling with basic French nail techniques, neglecting to clean her tools before applying color, after mentioned to forget about French, just do a solid color she was leaving nail edges uneven and unpainted until prompted, and showing multiple yellow shades while falsely assuring the final color would match the requested pastel yellow—resulting in bulky, unprofessional-looking nails that did not meet my expectations.

The staff is very kind, the location is convenient, and prices are great for the services provided. My only complaint is that it's hard to find parking. However, I believe that a full parking lot is a great omen because it tells you that this salon is special! Can't wait to come in for pedicures once summertime hits.
