- SSSarahDec 9, 20251.0i asked for an inch off of my shoulder length hair, and my stylist, with one hand, chopped a huge chunk of my hair at LEAST 3 inches up off. she gave me a crazy bob up past my chin, like wayyyyy shorter than i showed her. i also asked for curtain bangs, and she did the tiktok “hair hack” of twisting my bangs and cutting them. this resulted in choppy straight across bangs that are simultaneously too short and extremely uneven. i usually try not to complain, but i look like a cross between lord farqaad and will byers when i asked for a one inch trim. like i don’t even understand why she did any of that when all i asked for was an inch off the bottom and a touch up on my bangs. below is a before and after of my hair, i’ve been sobbing uncontrollably for 24 hours and my boyfriend even bought me flowers because he felt so bad

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
