- IAImogen ArcherMar 19, 20264.0I agree with other reviews that nobody greeted me at the door and, in fact, I was kind of ignored by the sales associates. Personally that’s fine by me, but if you’re sensitive to that, just know that going in. HOWEVER it was very busy and I did see other people getting the help they needed. I also did end up asking for help from Olivia and they were very lovely and got me what I needed.

We arrived without knowing the closing hours and right when we walked in the door the first thing that was said was “we close in 8 minutes”. We were then ushered throughout the store reminded by every associate that they close in “X” minutes. Not exaggerating that every 30 seconds an associate was basically telling us to leave. I understand the store is closing but being escorted out the door or to the checkout counter while clearly being a customer is excessive. Rudest customer service experience I can remember!

I’ve never dealt with a manager so rude, unprofessional, and blatantly uninterested in doing her job. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing her. Charmainge? had complete disregard for basic customer care. No help, no urgency, no courtesy just pure incompetence wrapped in disrespect. I did notice the different customer care she gave African American customers almost as she was rolling out the red carpet for them. This wasn’t just a bad day or a misunderstanding. This was a full display of how little this place values its customers. I walked out frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked that a business can operate with a “manager” who acts like this. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that takes customer service seriously, because this place clearly doesn’t.
