Went in here the other day and had an awful experience. Store manager was completely disrespectful acting like she couldn't understand me due to accent. Even workers at the store told me bad experiences due to her behavior. Sephora seriously needs to fire this manager.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I’ve never dealt with a manager so rude, unprofessional, and blatantly uninterested in doing her job. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing her. Charmainge? had complete disregard for basic customer care. No help, no urgency, no courtesy just pure incompetence wrapped in disrespect. I did notice the different customer care she gave African American customers almost as she was rolling out the red carpet for them. This wasn’t just a bad day or a misunderstanding. This was a full display of how little this place values its customers. I walked out frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked that a business can operate with a “manager” who acts like this. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that takes customer service seriously, because this place clearly doesn’t.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora in Town Center. I purchased a bronzer for an out-of-town work trip, shade-matched by a Sephora associate. Unfortunately, once I wore it, my coworkers immediately noticed it made my skin look orange. When I returned home, I went to this location to simply exchange the product. The store manager, Charma, refused because I was three days past the return policy. I fully understand the importance of policies—I manage a local womens boutique myself with strict return guidelines. However, I also know the value of making reasonable exceptions when a customer has a valid situation. The product was barely used, and I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange. What was most disappointing wasn’t the policy itself, but the lack of flexibility and the dismissive attitude. A company the size of Sephora should prioritize customer experience over rigid technicalities, especially when a solution would have cost them nothing. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be shopping at Sephora again.

I will never go to this location again. The employees act like they are too good for you. I tried returning an item I ordered online, but wasn’t aware there was a 30 day return policy. I happened to miss it by 2 days. I shared with a couple of different managers that this 30 day rule was not in any of my emails about the order OR in the packing slip I received in the mail. All it said was I could return online or in store. The manager asked to see proof of this, which I showed her in the confirmation email. She said, “I would need the see the shipment email too.” Why?? But ok, I showed her. She realized I was correct; there is no mention of it. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or acknowledging it was due to a fault in their communications. She said she is not responsible for the communications Sephora sends out. So why did you make me show you my order info twice if there’s nothing you can do? Store manager told me I can call customer service, but assured me they would not hep me either & give me the same answer. I’m not sure she realizes this, but her saying that is a bad look for the company-saying customer service won’t help. That is not reassuring as a customer, that the manager is saying customer service is poor and not helpful. Sephora, you might think you are the only ones around but you’re just not; we have other places to go to that provide customer service, don’t laugh in customer faces, and want to help solve problems instead of losing customers. If it were on any of the emails about the 30 day policy, I would understand I was wrong. But the manager asked to see proof and when I showed her, it made no difference.
