- KKKaylaJun 10, 20251.0I’m still in disbelief at the haircut I received. I have long, relaxed hair. I asked for a little bit of a long curtain bang framing my face. I have a side part, but we discussed cutting measuring from the center. She literally cut the bangs off center, resulting in a ton of hair on one side of my face. When parted from the center the difference was so obvious I wondered if she did it on purpose? She grabbed so much hair and hacked into such a thick piece it made an awful cutting sound and I knew I was screwed when I saw how much hair fell into my lap. Devastated is an understatement. I managed to track down my usual hairdresser at a farther great clips the next day, and she managed to make it better. But I had to cut so much hair to even it out.

- DDDucky DameDec 29, 20171.0I normally don't leave reviews but I am super cheese off by what happened. I went in to get the sides of my head shaved. Super easy. I wanted something I could play with. Wear it in a faux hawk, or down, flip it to one side, or even sport a pony tail. The guy was really friendly confirmed everything and even said "so like a fat mohawk" I said exactly. He starts buzzing and then he says "oh you didn't want to keep the middle did you? I guess i should have asked that first. It's okay though I wouldn't have let you keep it anyways." He gave me a FULL UNDERCUT all the way up to the point where he started shaving the sides. Seriously I would have said yes I want to keep the middle but he already cut it before I even had a chance to say YES!!!! What part of I want the sides shaved like a really fat mohawk to use your own words says I want you to shave everything underneath??? To add insult to injury he says "you don't strike me as the kind of girl who does much with her hair anyways" No I'm not, but that is exactly what I was try to get away from. I wanted to do more with my hair but considering that I am now limited to my hair being up in a pony tail or down I am now I'm going to have to wait a year or two for it all to grow back before I can do that now. I went in for a cute cut and now I get to look in the mirror and be pissed off So many people say don't go to Great Clips but I have been going here for years and years I have never had a bad cut until last night. Now I feel like one of those people who says don't go to great clips.
