I showed a clear reference photo and explained exactly how I wanted my hair cut, but the stylist didn't seem to listen at all. The cut I received was uneven, and nothing like what I described. What made it worse was that the stylist seemed rushed, even though the shop wasn't busy. There was no attention to detail, and I felt like they just wanted to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. I left the salon feeling embarrassed and immediately had to look for another place to fix it. For the stress it caused, this was a really disappointing experience. I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

I specified this twice and added that I was trying to grow my hair longer since I was retiring from the army and beginning a civilian job the upcoming week (1 Dec). I was shocked when the stylist immediately began a drastic (close?) mid fade undoing three months of hair growth in one second LOL. Then, she began scissoring the top, much to my chagrin. I am so disappointed! I should have shown her a picture of what I wanted and iterated for a third time I only wanted the low fade with nothing off the top. But, alas, I look like I’m still in the army! Now? I’ll show up to my new job looking exactly like what I am no longer - a soldier. Great clips has been hit or miss for a long time, but when I was in the army I didn’t really care about my hair as long as it was short. Now that I care . . .
