- BWBrittany Wright4 days ago1.0I wanted to reach out because I’m honestly really frustrated with my recent experience. I drove about 40 minutes to your store, only to find the doors locked with no notice, no sign, nothing. That’s a huge inconvenience and just really disappointing, especially for someone who has been a loyal customer for years. On top of that, I recently found out you let go of the best manager you’ve had in the 7+ years I’ve been coming in. They were always knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience better every time I visited. Losing someone like that really says a lot, and not in a good way. I’ve spent roughly $12,000 a year at your store, but between the lack of communication and the way things seem to be going, I won’t be supporting this store anymore. I just wanted to share my experience and how disappointing this has been. And the fact that they have paused their Facebook page after this horrible mistake says a lot.

They are so helpful in letting us know things have changed, and they are all so helpful when looking for products! Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
