My 9-year-old son had the worst haircut experience of his young life courtesy of her unrelenting and escalating chastisements to keep his head still. She did nothing to put him at ease or adjust her harsh approach that was making him visibly miserable; instead, her tone with him became harsher as the haircut went on, and she did nothing to conceal her growing exasperation with him. While it's true that he struggles to keep his head still, and understandable that this could challenge and frustrate a stylist, I expect the adult holding the clippers to display some modicum of grace, patience, and self-restraint in dealing with a child who has a haircut phobia. I was sorely disappointed by this expectation, angered by the experience, and will never bring my child to this location again.

She didn’t follow my instructions and only trimmed based on length, without understanding the style I wanted. At the end, when removing the cape, she left hair all over my feet and flip flops. When I asked her to blow it off properly, she refused, and I had to do it myself. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the service. Basic professionalism and courtesy were completely lacking — I would not recommend her services.
