I left and when 3 people left over I drove back, still had to wait 20min Then I had to leave before it was my turn due to other commitments. Observed the person on duty and seems chatting with customers and stopping clipping during that time more important then waiting customers. Been here for 1.5yr not sure if want come back as they closing at 5pm so people who working can only come in weekend or lunch time. And then no intent to work properly to reduce waiting list is not good service!!
