And the worst part is my parents never take me to any other barber shop. I hope this place either goes out of business or get way better barber. The only person that cuts my hair good or alright and never makes me look that chopped is Louie. I hope the owner fires everyone except Louie.

Our stylist was Bethany, and while she was friendly at first, the haircut didn’t quite turn out the way we hoped. The end result looked a bit like a bowl cut, so when she asked if everything looked okay, I kindly requested a small trim on the top. Instead, only the bottom was trimmed. I gently mentioned the method they normally use on his top section, but the interaction became uncomfortable after that, and I felt a bit of attitude in response. I completely understand that everyone has off days, and haircuts can be a matter of communication and technique. I just wish the situation had stayed positive and collaborative. At the end, my little brother still had loose hair all over him, which usually gets brushed off before we leave. I’m sharing this not to be harsh, but in hopes it can help improve future experiences. We’ve had great visits at this location before, so I’m hoping this was just an isolated moment. I truly appreciate the work hairstylists do and hope our next visit goes more smoothly.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
