Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair, brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after your tinting service. Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks prior to your appointment. *48 hours in some countries

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be given to another customer.

Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for the service.

Each Benefit Brow service is personalized to your needs, starting with a detailed consultation and brow mapping to identify which hairs to remove or grow, ending with styling to showcase your perfect brows.

Brow Mapping is a personalized technique that determines where your brow should start, arch, and end, ensuring your brows are shaped uniquely to you through service and/or products.

You must have a 24-hour patch test at your nearest Benefit if you've never had dye or tint, and avoid self-tanning 24 hours before and after. For lamination, a 24-hour patch test is also required along with not having had a lamination in the last 6 weeks.

The Brow Bar is open from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and on Sunday from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are also accepted at Brow Bar Benefit Cosmetics.
