The stylist, Gabby, did not clean her tools before starting his haircut, and the cut was uneven and poorly faded. When I tried to explain the issue, she was dismissive and even told me that I “didn’t go to college for this,” which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Her attitude toward both me and my son was rude, and the overall service was unacceptable. I’m currently waiting for the manager or owner to contact me about this.

Stylish who did my haircut today had hair from previous customer all over her accessories and didn’t care to even brush it off or spray it. Not sure abt other stylist but i am skipping this location and i am okay for 15 mins at 146th and ditch one.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
