  Wonderful! We take our family of five here regularly for haircuts, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—it really makes a difference, especially when bringing kids in. They are AMAZING with children. My 1.5-year-old son, who never sits still, always leaves with a clean, even cut and no nicks at all. That alone is impressive! We don’t always go for the same hairstyles, so it’s reassuring to know we can try something new and trust that they’ll get it right every time. Our family has a variety of hair types, and it feels great knowing we can all be taken care of in one place with such consistent results. Highly recommend!

  The lady who gave me the haircut had dark black hair, didn’t introduce herself at all, instead very gruffly picked up the clipper and was about to start cutting without asking anything! I I quickly exclaimed that I would like a 2 on the sides and back, and to go light on the top. She didn’t say a word, and just started cutting without asking for any further clarification. I had a painful bump on my head, and didn’t even get a chance to tell her to avoid it, instead she started with the 0 on the sides and back, purposely going over the visible red bump as many times as she could. It hurt so badly, and I didn’t realize she was using the 0 until I opened my eyes out of pain. She had nearly shaved off all of my hair on the sides, which was all I could see. I was so speechless I didn’t know what to say to her, instead just hoping she would at least use the 2 on the back. No shocker, shaved me darn near bald. Now I was bald and covered in hair. She didn’t even blow dry, or offer to style it, but instead the only thing she said was “that’s it”, leaving me bald and dirty. All I could do was hand her 20, with hair all over my face and neck, with a haircut I genuinely could have gotten in a college dormitory if I handed a blind porcupine a pair of safety scissors. Maybe the porcupine wouldn’t have purposely tried to roll the clippers over a clear red bump so many darn times as well. Don’t go here!

  Avoid the lady with the short, blue and purple hair at all costs. Seriously. I have low expectations but she went BELOW and beyond. The store is nice otherwise. I have had good experience before just this one time was unacceptable.
