- CCCarly ClickMar 18, 20261.0I’ve came here before with my 2 year old son , whose mildly autistic, and cries during haircuts (not the ideal customer, i can understand) and the woman who first did his haircut was so amazing , and patient, and understanding with me AND my son. I figured if i could go back i would definitely, today that same woman wasn’t working but that’s okay , i was greeted by two nice woman but sat with a stylist who didn’t have the time or day to even bare to listen to a child crying i informed her i would have to hold him during his haircut and she rolled her eyes and threw the child’s seat off of the chair , as i went to sit down with my already screaming child , i heard her exhale as if she was annoyed so i took my child and left. you probably shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t handle a variety of customers.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
