But waiting almost 30 minutes at the register when there is literally only one other customer in the store, and the sales associate Tania knew I was there, is uncalled for. When she finally came to the register she was not only unapologetic but extremely rude after I told her I had been waiting for so long. Tanias response was to roll her eyes and tell me I should of just come back another day to make my return which took maybe 2 minutes total. I can empathize with anyone I have an interaction with especially since I’m a former Sephora employee of 2 years so I’d like to think I have an understanding of the difficulties the job holds. But the way I was just treated is simply uncalled for. Her closing statement to me was “I hope you have a better day and a better attitude” all because I let her know I had been waiting for so long. The fact that she felt it was appropriate to act this way in front me and my 4 month old daughter is disturbing. Do better Tania.
