  I LOVE Prime IV Valpo! I originally went in on my doctors reco to support B vitamin levels. Prime IV offers the active form of B12 that other places don’t. The experience was so relaxing and delightful. Flavored electrolyte water and a warm welcome at check-in, fabulous explanation of all offerings, massage chairs and complimentary oxygen therapy! I feel noticeably better after IV therapy and quickly signed up as a member so I can enjoy the benefits at least monthly. Everyone there is so fabulous but I must call out Isabelle who made me feel so comfortable my first time in (and always does!) She’s a pro with the IVs - don’t feel a thing! I look forward to my appointments!

  Very unfortunate and negative experience with a staff member. I had attempted to complete their online medical history intake letter form prior, and the form had closed which led me to believe it was complete. When I arrived for my apt I struggled to locate the business, and I spoke with a staff member via telephone to finally locate it. When I entered I was checked in and provided a tablet to complete the remainder of the form. When I completed it and handed it in, I was then told that it was too far past my original apt time and could not be accomodated. When I arrived for check in I was within an acceptable time to be serviced. If time was a strict concern for a consultation that stated to block out 60-90 minutes, I very easily could have taken the tablet back with me to begin the apt while completing it. All-in-all I spent 2 hours of my day driving to the apt, being on-site, declined after being on-site and checked in, and then returning home without services. I was seeking this service due to personal physical needs, and the staff member speaking with me was rude and provided terrible customer service that left me leaving upset, and made a bad day even worse. Despite wanting to try the service, I no longer have any desire to return.
