My husband was in the chair next to me for a beard trim. I finally after asking to see the back of my hair asked the lady if there was anyway to fix the short uneven layers that she thought I needed. She said nothing could be done. I left and my husband paid for our services and I went to the car to cry. We went to the Kohls location only to find that all our info was deleted from the computer. The ladies asked to take pics and did there best to fix my hair or at least try to even it out. They demed it one if the worst cuts they had ever tried to repair. I was asked to leave a detailed message and someone would contact me.Nothing. I even called the customer service number again was told franchise owner would reach out, And that NEVER happened.needless to say I am extremely disappointed

I understand that not everyone is perfect and while I’m not angry I am slightly disappointed. Wanted a decent fade with enough hair to style for work. Walked out looking like I needed a DOC number. Lady gave me the county jail special, I won’t name names, but please do better. Some of us rely on our appearance in our line of work.
