She double checked I wanted to make the change, looked at the pictures of what I wanted and made a suggestion on the length/cut that would be most flattering on my face. I got a lot of compliments on the cut and have been going to her ever since. She’s quick and efficient and is friendly to talk to. I trust her to do a good job. Usually I don’t get it washed, dried or styled there- so it’s inexpensive and I wash and style it at home. (And sometimes you can find a coupon online) There’s the option to check in early on the app. Otherwise it’s walk-in, with not much of a wait. I will keep going back as long as Ala is there and it’s a nice space and location. The other ladies who work there seem to do a good job as well. They are friendly and professional. All ages come in for haircuts, and good music while you’re there. When I got there last time, Ala was finishing up a cut on a young boy. She did a great job and I was impressed with the versatility of her skills! I highly recommend Ala and the location!
