Missed neck trim, bangs and top completely. Let's see how fast you can get in/out. My most recent visit maybe 5mins. Future visits, try to remember who does a good job and request, wait if even possible or go somewhere else. I'll be cautious if I go back and just expect a 'quick cut' Update: Store manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right ! Good to know if you are not pleased or feel things are not correct, they will fix it !
