- EBElisha BrookApr 6, 20261.0Took my son in today for a haircut. The specific cut was in our notes and I specifically stated scissor cut on top because otherwise its not the cut we always get and I could do that at home for free. She even repeated the note outloud and confirmed with me. Little bit later I hear her say "ya know what" and the sound of the clippers and by the time I turned to look over she was halfway through the top of his hair with clippers. And at the end took scissors to cut teeny bits of his hair which didn't matter anymore because the clippers ruined how it would lay. Yes his hair will luckily grow back relatively fast but its the principle. I genuinely hope next time she goes for a cut they blatantly go against what she asks for. And then to have the attitude to look at me shitty and not say a word when I "surprisingly" dont leave you tip. Lucky I even paid for it. Have the day you deserve lady.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
