First lady I had that messed it up didn't cut as much off as I asked for, seemed a bit clueless as to how to cut my hair type, and was snappy and rude towards me. Second lady was polite and cut off as much as I asked for but gave me a bob without asking. All I wanted was some length off. I had to make an appointment at a different salon to fix it because bobs look terrible on me. I've been here about 4 times and I've only had two stylists who did a good job on my hair. I don't think I'm asking for anything complicated but I've had it messed up enough times to know I'm not coming back.
