When I got there approximately 10 early I was asked if I checked in and told the stylist yes. She looked and had to enter my phone number Again!!! Then there were 4 in front of me when I should have been next I didn't say a word as I sat patiently.The other stylist grabbed her purse and walked out to lunch I presume. I waited there 45 mins then another person walked in The stylist took him before me as if I walked in off the street. It's a 40 plus mile drive there and back. I had to walk out very upset with the System and the Service I've received .This branch needs new management ASAP. I've never had this issue in Plymouth or Portage Indiana. Only this location .Once there was nobody there but 2 stylists Walk-ins are welcome. Nobody there ! 2 stylists They would not cut my hair and wanted me to wait an HOUR!! Naw. Don't ever use this HORRIBLE CLIPS location. They way I see it They owe me for my gas, my time and the aggravation of poor service and a poor system .I've been very sick and waited patiently only to be treated like DIRT. Never Use This Facility I never will again .
