    Scheduled an appointment with Holly at the Plainfield salon. Drove all the way out there, arrived 10 min early and nobody was to be found. Waited until 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled start time and still nothing. All the lights were on, there was even a space heater still on behind the front desk. Tried calling the phone to see if that would get her to come out and nothing. Safe to say I will not be returning. Very unprofessional. Waste of gas and time. Thanks Holly!

    If anyone is looking for an amazing stylist I recommend going to see Konstantina. I came in wanting a specific color and she absolutely made sure I got what I wanted! First time in my life the red has stayed vibrant like I’ve wanted!

    This salon ruined my hair color; subsequent redo did not correct it either (by a different stylist) so I had to seek help from another salon. I now don't have the hair color I had originally wanted and will spend years trying to restore the condition of my hair. Manager didn't apologize or offer anything extra either. I guess it's just my hair, no biggie-right? If you don't want orange and yellow hair when you asked for some low-lights, then I suggest you stay away from this salon.
