- JSJosalyn SmithSep 12, 20251.0Was on hold for over 17 minutes with no resolution. The line got picked up multiple times and put back on hold every time. The last time it was picked up I begged them to not put me on hold again yet, to at least do the walkie talkie thing to make sure someone was at the desk they were going to send me to. The lady who picked me up this time put the phone down and asked someone else what to do that I had been on hold for over 10 minutes and someone else answered that they knew that and the one who had me said she couldn't put me on hold again and the other respond that she could and I heard hold music again. 7 minutes later the machine says "the person you are calling isn't available. Goodbye." And hangs up on me. All I needed was a simple stock check before I drove 45 minutes out there. Any of the 3-4 people that picked up could have walked over and checked for me. I was looking for something that I wanted for my birthday. The 2 near me didn't have it. All I needed was for someone to say yes or no if they had the thing.

She could have cared less if she made a $180 sale so we left and took our business to another location (Westfield Indiana) where Caitlin was more than happy to assist us with professionalism, positive attitude and a smile on her face. Those are the type of employees Sephora needs unlike the Noblesville Indiana location . Thank you so much Caitlin you're AWESOME!!!! 😁 We give Caitlin a million stars!!!!! The one star is solely for Noblesville location 😡
