  I don’t think I will ever step foot in this location again I purchased over $1000 worth of merchandise between October and December for Christmas. I returned a few items today that my daughter no longer wanted she was with me after I left the counter. I heard the girl on her radio. Tell the other girls “watch her” I don’t know if she was speaking about me or my daughter But if you think we are stealing anything you have another thing coming I will NEVER shop with Sephora I will probably start going to Ulta. Maybe you should teach your employees about speaking on the radio to each other. Customers can hear everything you say. Or maybe they’re racial profiling my daughter since she is non white !!

  Completely shocked at the experience that was given to us at this store. We had just finished a days work trying to get some Christmas shopping done, so maybe it was our work attire??? All I can say is the looks we were given, lack of help, and disrespect was beyond measure! As a small business owner we treat all clients/customers potential or not with the upmost respect and dignity no matter their appearance… Again if that was the issue?? One thing I know for sure our business will never be done there again, and we hope this message makes it where it needs to go. I would imagine some better training on customer service would be imperative for this particular store.

  Went in looking for two very specific products! Tais was AMAZING in helping me find what I was looking for, while also making sure other customers were taken care of. ✨🤍
