Over the past several years they have done nothing but increase their prices while they have been turning over good stylists like crazy. It seems every 2-3 visits there are all new employees. They still do a good job with the haircuts but it is not the deal it used to be. This last visit I thought o had a coupon for a $9.99 haircut but it turns out it was for another location venue though that location is owned by the same franchise they wouldn’t honor it for me. It is frustrating that I could have gone to the other location and spend about half as much for the same 2 haircuts.

I had a feeling he didn’t want to cut my hair because he was wasting a lot of time sweeping up and kept looking at me and then sweeping up hair that wasn’t even there. The other worker finally told him to take me. He proceeded to tell me in the middle of my bang trim that he usually does not cut woman’s hair. Terrible job.
