The store manager, Allie, literally feels like one of my team members, she is so kind and so helpful. I order weekly and every salon centric staff member is always so helpful and so kind. Allie always keeps me up to date with new products, any sales going on, upcoming classes and is quick to help me with any issues. She’s only a store manager, but she’s literally like my salon centric rep, always going above and beyond. I recently made her come in to my salon for a complimentary service because I appreciate her help so much. I truly cannot say enough good things about this store. Keep being amazing🩷🩷

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
