  First time purchasing a blower dryer and diffuser. I've never diffused my hair so when I was told the diffuser and dryer I selected would work by the salesperson I was under the impression she knew what she was talking about. The diffuser head doesn't fit the blow dryer. To waste time going back to this store to return is very inconvenient. I called, asked for a manager, the one girl said she was a manager and asked what was the issue. I explained my issue and then she put me on hold. Moments later another girl answered and asked whats my issue. So NOW i have to explain all over again. I advised her that i wasn't going to repeat the story and her response was "well maybe you should call back some other time when you're calm". Calm? I just said i wasnt repeating my story. Getting no where with this situation i hung up. I've shopped here often but I'm starting to realize with all the businesses closing their customer service skills dont make me feel like they're interested in customer RETENTION. Soon, like many other businesses i.e. Pottery Barn, Forever 21, Express, Big lots, etc they will learn customer satisfaction drives sales. I rather pay HIGHER prices for items at big box stores than go through the hassle.

  Thank u soooo much for your clearance items. I save everything I go in there. Most stuff cheaper then it is online
