    I avoid this location as much as I can because of Pansie L. She is always rude. I feel very uncomfortable shopping at this location. Not sure if she is racist or what she has against me specifically. Everyone else I have encountered here is nice and helpful. Unfortunately this is the nearest location and I have no choice but I never have a good experience when she is working.

    Truly an incredible team! They are so helpful, always willing to go the extra mile, and never ever make you feel rushed. They take their time and they put compassion into their customers. Truly a special shoutout to these ladies!!! I am so grateful for them!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
