If there are 10 chairs available, why is only one person working each time? Update: I was waiting for over an hour for my son's turn. When it came our time for the Stylist she skipped up and went to the next person in line who checked in online. The store was closing early due to the lack of air conditioning and we had to leave due to her skupping us. A customer who has patiently waited for over an hour should not be skipped due to some online priority. Completely unprofessional and I will not be back.
