Wasn’t the end of the world, but made me question whether I wanted to try them again. Today, I went again as it is super convenient. I had Lisa and she did amazing. Knew what she was going. Very helpful in advising on how to style etc. Did what I asked for!

Turned away and literally walked herself to the back. Not another word spoke. Please will someone tell me who is the professional that I need to speak to about how my child was made to feel. A disgusting human being to insult child in that way! I will find out the managers name n contacting higher up! If this were first time she had acted I would have ignored like I did last time she did that but not now! It needs to addressed !

If you don't like something or they screw up, they will admit it and attempt to make it better. However, the quality of fix is okay, but could be a lot better. I'm considering looking for a real barber that charges little more for better quality work and provides consistent results.
