  no one can answer the phone ? guess thats too hard, i should be more understanding of such a taxing job. i hope theyre able to find the help they need to answer the phone. the girl at the kohls desk though is super sweet and helpful - maybe she should pick up a shift in sephora ?

  Today was my first extensive experience with Sephoea at Kohl's in Lafayette. As a 66 year old woman that needed a lot of guidance, I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. Alisia was so helpful along with another gal who willingly provided a sample. I really appreciated all the suggestions and sales prices. I will definitely return. Marla H.

  How can you get kicked out for using a try me? I was using a try me eyeliner and some lady came up to me saying now she has to sterilize everything that touched my face I think the customer service at this Sephora needs to be fired!
