- EPElizabeth PerezApr 23, 20241.0My interaction with Emily T just a little bit ago was awkward and cold. I do not work in a color salon. So because I had asked another employee a question about toner and talked to another customer about shades EQ, Emily decided it was okay to assume that I am not a licensed individual. She was friendly to the woman in front of me, never asked her for her identification. But as soon as I get to the register she asks me for my I.D before even getting my phone number. If you're going to ask for i.d, that's fine but ask EVERYONE that walks through the door because Emily was definitely stereotyping me and just assuming that I wasn't licensed, when I am and have been for years.
- APAdriana PimentelNov 27, 20231.0Went to pick shampoo up with my aunts number since she’s licensed (which I’ve done multiple times before at different stores) and I guess since me and my Mexican family don’t fit the standards the cashier wouldn’t let me. She said it was policy but allowed the Caucasian woman to pick stuff up for her mother. And didn’t ask the blonde after me if she had an ID like she asked me.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
