  So, against my better judgement, I went into Great Clips. I told the lady I wanted an Italian bob. She didn't know what that was. I exploit had invisible layers. Shehadno clue what either were. I should have gotten up. But I showed her several pictures and videos of the haircut getting cut. She was very dismissive and rude to me that an Italian bob was just a bob. I was very specific that I wanted it passed my chin grazing my shoulder. She said she was going to make it longer cause she can cut off more but not put it back on...I said perfect, again emphasizing I want it a little longer than the pictures. I don't see well without glasses. So I took them off. When I put them back on to check the length, it not only shorter than what I described but it was way way shorter than any of the pictures. The hair cut was basically like she took scissors and cut straight across. But when I move my head down all the longer hair peeps out. But even worse she missed so much hair that I have clumps of hair that were my original length. Like 3 or 4 inches long hanging out the back that she totally missed. There are several sections like that..and a clump of hair a half inch setion wide and a half inch long section longer than the rest in addition to the random small grouping of hair. The right side is way longer than the left with what I think she thought were layers on right. None on the left. I said I wanted it a tadge longer in the front. She cut in short face framing layers. When I literally told her I had bangs and I waited to get my hair cut into a bob until the pieces in front were long enough to support the haircut I wanted. I mentioned again those front pieces were the length of the haircut I wanted. But she cut them. I look like I have an uneven Dora the Explorer. She asked what I thought. I told her I hated it...it was so bad I didn't want her to butcher me further. I paid her the full amount and like a dummy still tipped her 5 dollars on a 20 dollar haircut. I forgot how basic they are. No wash. And no style. And didn't even blow dry all the way. But I think she should know basic stuff. And if she didn't know. Maybe Google techniques. Terrible haircut. It was a last minute decision. It was the wrong one. I wish I could post a picture. It won't let me. But I definitely took some.

  I’m still confused why a balding 64 year old Disabled Retired Nurse has to pay full price and then leave a tip as I always do, but there’s no Senior Discount offered. My Hair is quite short as is.

  Never get your haircut here if you want to have a horrible experience be my guess. When I say they have no idea of how to cut hair , not even the common sense idea. Horrible service. They got me coming out of here looking. like a pluck chicken. Looking like a hot mess. Thank god hair grows back.

  Lady absolutely ruined my hair; had a horrible attitude, asked for half to an inch off. She put her comb to where I wanted and told her a little less and she decided to cut almost 5 inches off instead. I’ve been growing my hair out for over a year and it’s now completely gone and ruined. I just wanted a touch up and instead it’s all gone. I understand that it was almost closing but I had waited for 2 hours because of the long line. Absolutely ridiculous
