  Today was my first extensive experience with Sephoea at Kohl's in Lafayette. As a 66 year old woman that needed a lot of guidance, I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. Alisia was so helpful along with another gal who willingly provided a sample. I really appreciated all the suggestions and sales prices. I will definitely return. Marla H.

  I’m so disappointed in the treatment of this Sephora. People are so snobby here. Ever since it moved out of JCPenney it’s no longer the same. I have been here twice to get samples and both times the lady acts like she doesn’t understand me and only gives me the samples she wants to give me like there’s a cut off on samples. (I only got 3!!!!! I wasn’t asking for much!) but she gave me 1 item I wanted and 2 items I didn’t like an orange foundation and a pink setting powder that I am most definitely not trying! Also this second time I tried asking another lady for help with samples because I didn’t want the same lady helping me as she’s not very helpful well this lady stared right at me and went back to stocking as if I never spoke to her! Facial expressions say a lot and hers clearly said why are you even speaking to me. This was so frustrating! Not only did I have to deal with snobby customers that get in front of you without saying excuse me and acting like I wasn’t there, I also dealt with the rude, unhelpful staff!! It’s not a friendly, comfortable environment or experience at all! Looking for another Sephora at this point!

  How can you get kicked out for using a try me? I was using a try me eyeliner and some lady came up to me saying now she has to sterilize everything that touched my face I think the customer service at this Sephora needs to be fired!
