My seven year old granddaughter came in the DAY before her seventh birthday and her first day of first grade. She was with her great grandmother. Her hair was BUTCHERED!! I don’t mean uneven, I mean a three inch hunk was cut out of it!! Like it isn’t hard enough for kids today! My daughter has called the salon with a promise of a call back from the salon manager, no call has come and this was on the sixth of August, today is the eighth!! I always thought Penney’s was professionals, I was wrong!! Please think and rethink taking your child here, especially if you want their hair to look respectable!! If you want to pay for it then have to go home and shave it, then feel free!! I wish that I was being over-dramatic!!!
