  Went to store in Kokomo on May 29th at 4:41 with my grand daughter. She used her green light debit card and the screen stated transaction approved. The male cashier stated the transaction wasn’t completed. I told him the screen showed transaction approved and he said it wasn’t completed and ran it again. She had 80.00 dollars in her account and he stated the second transaction was declined. He had charged her account twice and denied his mistake. The amount on the first transaction and the declined amount added up to exactly 80.00. When shown, he still denied charging her account twice. He gave me a receipt showing second transaction approved was voided but other receipts he waded up and threw in trash when I asked for them. He would not give my 9 year old her purchase and stated we would have to deal with the institution where the card was from. I called immediately to check balance and the charges were deducted from her account and she received nothing from the store.

  I absolutely love going to this store! When I first met Sarah she was so welcoming and went out her way to provide the best customer service ever! Meanwhile she greeted every customer who came in there. It’s so important to have wonderful workers, that represent your business so well. Good customer service brings back customers! As long as she is here I will forever be a returning customer!

  I came knowing a product I wanted but not the shade and Reagan was super helpful and kind! She helped me test a few and gave me a sample to try at home since the one I chose was out of stock. Super positive experience :) thank you!
