- TPTRAINER OF PIKACHUMar 5, 20261.0I don't get my hair cut often, went in when they were offering 9.99 cuts. Ladies must be tired cause my haircut was bad. 2 weeks after, my daughter was braiding my hair last night said my ends are all uneven. I can tell when I shower how butchered it is. Totally got what I paid for. I'll keep doing my own hair from now. She even said it wasn't bad how I was cutting it. Then I let her do it, it's all messed up.

I was there for over an hour and my hair is not cut right. Very uneven. And she totally missed some places. I tried several times to tell her.. she WILL NOT TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN!!!

Star walked to the counter and told my son to take a seat and did not check him in. 3 name popped in on the online checkin Soni asked if see would check my son in. Star said that’s not how we do it here. Star was at the register again to checkout another customer and I asked are you going to check him in? Star then walked to get a broom and said I will after I clean up. Then Star stared at me and slowly cleaned up and the came to the register for the 3rd time and checked him in. Next Start talked to the next customer in her chair about the situation right in front of us. I think this Manager has poor customer service and has an attitude. If you want to be treated like a customer, don’t deal with Star. Go somewhere else.
