- EAEric ArthursFeb 10, 20261.0I go about every 2 Months and over 1/2 the time I get Red Bumps ALL over my head I haven’t ever said anything just didn’t wanna get nobody in Trouble , but them red bumps hurt sometimes I can pop them & Puss comes out, so I called this time and made a complaint, Great Clips NEVER called me Back so I called again & Complained well 4 hours Later The Manager from the Mejier Drive Great Clips Calls believe her name was Chasity , anyways she Went on to tell me she Don’t know why it’s Happening, I told her it’s gotta be because their NOT sanitizing their Equipment, she said Not True because she sees her Staff Sanitizing their Equipment so it’s gotta be my Fault??? I’m like how is it my fault when the ONLY time I get them is after I’ve Gotten a Haircut at your Jeffersonville location, I told her every now & again I DONT get them from her shop before this last time, she said in my complaint I said it had been 3-5 times in a Row I didn’t get them so she told me it’s probably a Seasonal thing?? I told her I get them in the Summer & Winter!!! But Honestly I can’t remember the Last time I had gotten them so I just wrote that! But anyways she said basically it was My Fault!!! I Will NEVER go back to this Salon ever again!!

Drove there and when I walked in was told the wait time was longer than they would be open so they wouldn’t see me. That could easily have been passed on the phone call. Very poor customer service.
