- MHMary Hamm2 days ago5.0I got the prenatal massage and pedicure and it was outstanding!!! I loved both of my therapists, Rachel and Jessica, I had wonderful conversations with them. They were both so friendly and made me feel very comfortable! 10/10 recommend. I’m so relaxed. They relieved a lot of my third trimester body aches/soreness. Thank you woodhouse spa for a lovely experience!
- HLHaley Logan5 days ago5.0Yesterday I visited the BottleWorks location Woodhouse Spa with my colleagues for a spa day, and to say everything was perfect is an understatement. First, shout out to Candace for her help in finding a date where all 5 of us could receive numerous services. She was kind, professional and pivotal in getting us scheduled! Next, I will speak on the service providers I had that stood out. Jessica the manicurist was the best! Hands down the best manicure I've ever had. I am not the most flexible in my fingers, and have actually upset some manicurist before because I cannot bend my thumbs how they want me to. Jessica was calm, kind, and we shared some laughs. My esthetician for the day was Britni, and she was also incredible. She was professional, spoke just the right amount during the service to keep me informed on what was happening, and was kind and professional in our chat after the service. Also, she gave me one of the best neck / deltoid massages I've ever had. The entire facility was clean, staff was polite, and the lunch they ordered for us was perfect!! I live only a block away, had previously only visited the Fishers location, but I will now be solely visiting BW!

I have had services at all of the Woodhouse locations in this area over the years and I live in Fishers; however, I would drive downtown to this location as this is hands down THE BEST experience out of them all. Not only was our spa party of five pampered beyond belief from every single staff member as we enjoyed massages, facials, manicures, lunch, and the salt room, but Candace was AMAZING as our point of contact in preparation for the day in the weeks leading up to our experience. The authentic care demonstrated among their team extended to us and I am deeply grateful. ---River

The relaxing room prior/after the experience is also delightful with light refreshments and a calming atmosphere. The massage therapist communicates well and provides a top-notch care.

It starts in the front desk ( so rushed to show you things around and before you know it they’re gone) , body massage was okay and she was nice at least, facial was terrible ( it was painful to do extraction and I could tell she was not experienced so I had to skip the extraction- I didn’t feel confident in her skills) so I ended up paying 425 for services that was not that great. I am new to the area and it was my first spa experience- not coming back. Not worth of the money for me. I have shared what happened to my face when she was struggling to treat( do extraction) I had acne and she was not careful with it!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests ages 14+ for facial & massage services and guests of any age for nail services, however, guests under the age of 16 may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent and must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s). Please call the spa and the concierge will be happy to explain our requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
