- CKCarolyn KFeb 23, 20225.0I was definitely impressed at the building inside, super cute rooms, love that it offers more privacy and feels more personal. Lauren with Gloss Genius was so wonderful. She listened and made recommendations on what to do, as well as gave me the reason for her recommendations. She was also upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises when I paid. Did I mention how much I love my hair? Booked another appointment and will definitely continue to do so! Highly recommend Gloss Genius!
