  Great experience!! Had to opportunity to get pierced by Lauryn and she was fantastic! She was very nice and friendly and didn’t almost feel the piercing. Would recommend 100%

  Friendly service, clean environment. A minimum $160 for a 5 minute piercing. For our second piercing, they would not let us reuse the way overpriced earrings from our first. What a great way to reward a returning customer. We would have left but I promised my daughter for her birthday

  Cassie is AMAZING! she’s done both my hidden helix, post change, and mid helix. so quick every time and very gentle. rowan is very pricey but i think it’s worth it for peace of mind that it’ll be done right

  Rowan is a fantastic, clean piercing studio with a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, clearly knows what they are doing, and makes the process easy. Areas for Improvement: My primary recommendation is for better price transparency. While going over aftercare, my daughter was told they were "sending her home with solution." This sounded as if it were included in the service, but it ended up being an extra charge. During the piercing, we were also told she would need to return later to have her post changed. While this service is technically on their menu, many customers don't realize it will be a requirement for their specific piercing. It would be much more helpful if the staff discussed these "next step" costs upfront before the procedure begins. Good to Know: 💳This is a cashless studio, so be sure to have a credit card or Apple Pay ready. 💲I’d suggest asking for the price total on EVERYTHING at the start so you know exactly what is included. 🪡They offer both needle and piercing gun options. Overall: Other than the unexpected costs, the quality of the work was excellent. We would definitely recommend them for the service itself!

  We had the absolute best experience at Rowan Piercing when my six-year-old got her ears pierced. From the moment we walked in, the store was very clean, welcoming, and calming, exactly what you hope for with a child. The staff was amazing! They were professional, kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with us. They took the time to explain everything, made my daughter feel comfortable and excited, and turned what could have been a nerve-wracking moment into something fun, special, and truly memorable. The quality was top-notch, from the earrings to the exceptional care and service. A huge thank you to Nurse Cassie and Piper. This was such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write a review, and I never do that. That alone says everything. Highly, highly recommend! 10/10!
