Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

One of them continued the conversation without acknowledging us, even after we walked up to the counter and while we were signing the waiver. They didn’t look at us or greet us, and we were left unsure of what to do or how to even start the process of getting my baby’s ears pierced. The conversation (about strawberry shortcake) didn’t stop, which made us feel ignored and unwelcome. The overall vibe felt off, and my husband and I genuinely considered leaving. I had spoken very highly of Rowan to my husband beforehand, explaining that they are known for making ear piercings a special experience, especially for babies, but unfortunately, that was not the case for us. Nurse Lauryn, who pierced my baby’s ears, was wonderful. She was professional, kind, and patient. After the piercing, she allowed us to stay in the chair until my baby calmed down, which I really appreciated. The piercing itself was done exactly how I wanted. However, during that time, more customers walked in, and the other girl was on her phone. It felt as though customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. That same feeling was present from the moment we walked in. Although my baby’s ears were pierced correctly, I’m leaving with regret because the overall experience was so poor. I truly wish I had gone somewhere else. The lack of attentiveness and customer care completely overshadowed what should have been a meaningful moment.
