I’ve been consistently having trouble with this piercing so to go to a professional who took care and gave attention was so helpful! It was also super fast: picked my jewelry (to replace my current piece), hopped in the chair to get my current piece out and replaced with the new. So fast, as painless as an irritated piercing can be, and the staff was so kind and friendly!
- BBbenjiNov 7, 20251.0Summary: This was my first piercing EVER and, even though she was nice, I don't feel like my nurse properly informed me on how to care for my piercing after. They were also really rough when handling my ears :( Even though everyone was very nice, I don't feel like this is a safe place for people who have never experienced a piercing before. My friend and I came to get our ears pierced for the FIRST time ever, and we let our piercer know this. She didn't explain the aftermath to us AT ALL. Just to wait 6 weeks and spray everyday. Based on research I did online, there are SO many things she should have let us know!! She never mentioned downsizing, how to remove the earrings, not to wear heavy jewelry, etc. While this may be common sense to some, it was not to me and I made sure she was aware that I knew nothing about piercings. When I came back for a check up, the other girl told me I should be waiting 8 weeks to swap earrings, not 6. I feel like they should let you know everything you need to do after your peircing, including things that are optional, and the information they give out should be consistent. People can get infections that can cause serious health problems and the piercers should be sure they help someone prevent that in every way possible. Based on what I read, I just cannot believe how little advice she gave us for taking care of our fresh piercings. Since there are so many conflicting answers online, I really wish she would've told us what she recommended so I wouldn't have to keep guessing what to follow. I apologize if I seem dramatic, but I've never had a piercing before and not being sure if I'm doing everything right to keep it from getting infected has me very much on edge lol. Also this is just a side note, but she did the piercing needle way too slow which really hurt our ears :( they were also SO ROUGH when changing our earrings. I know it's hard to get off, but like girl mercy please that's my ear! 😭

I called and she told me to come in right away so she could determine if it was closed! Thank god it wasn’t, but she was extremely gentle and apologized prior to sticking the needle to ensure it was still open! The environment is always welcoming! Ask for Lexi next time you go!
